Overview Oncology Product TrainerLondonThis is a field-based role with a national remit so office attendance will only be required on an ad-hoc basis.• All applicants must hold a full, clean driving license.We are currently working with an industry-leading pharmaceutical company who are looking to appoint a Product Trainer for their Oncology business unit.The role will provide you with the opportunity to work directly with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Medical, HR and Business Intelligence, and core responsibilities will include:• Creating, planning & delivering customer-facing and industry-leading training programmes – for both new and established products.• Coaching and developing field team members.• Driving a culture focused on learning and growth, with the further aim of driving high performance across the business unit.As an applicant, you will ideally:• Be ABPI qualified.• Demonstrate a strong and successful background in pharmaceutical sales.• Have solid experience of training, coaching and developing teams within the pharmaceutical industry.• Hold an in-depth knowledge, or experience of working within the Oncology space.Applications and further information: Apply Full name Email address Cover Message (optional) Upload CV Choose File Upload your CV and any other relevant file.
