On Call Operative

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Out of hours Telephone Operative to join our dynamic out of hours Domiciliary team in Llanishen, Cardiff.

We provide employment for more than 600 care staff and office-based staff in several towns and cities.
As a member of the team you will be responsible for the out of hours service.
This role will also include the following duties: Assist in the day to day operation of the service.
Excellent professional telephone manner Have hands on care experience To assist with maintenance of records, in written or computerised format, as specified within procedures.
Deal promptly and appropriately with any complaints received.
Sociable, flexible and a committed individual To Liaise with Managers staff members and service users within our Domiciliary offices across Wales.
