The On-Boarding Project Manager & Team Lead will be part of the project management team under the Onboarding organisation and will be responsible for managing our large Enterprise projects for the business working alongside the onboarding consultant and various other internal stakeholders to ensure maximum utilization and a high-quality customer experience.
This role reports into the Senior Director of Onboarding and will involve managing at least 2 other project managers as part of the project manager sub-team under the Onboarding organization.
Responsibilities: This is a hands-on role requiring a highly self-motivated and solutions oriented individual.
Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Perform risk management to mitigate any risks.
Track and report on project performance, specifically to analyze successful completion and utilization rate.
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other team members.
Use and continually develop leadership skills through team management.
Conducting regular 121s with team members as well as performance reviews bi-annually.
Qualities/Requirements: The successful candidate will have: Proven working experience in project management.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics.
Knowledge in the project management tool Asana.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
Multi-lingual is a requirement (English, with Spanish and/or French an asset).
Team management experience.
