The Opportunity: As the Omnichannel Experience Partner for Strategic Brand Marketing (SBM), you are at the forefront of driving digital transformation across global SBM brand teams.
Your mission is to seamlessly embed omnichannel strategies and capabilities into brand plans, ensuring alignment with both global standards and local affiliate needs.
In this role, you empower and upskill global brand teams while co-creating impactful content and campaigns tailored to resonate locally and globally.
Additionally, you act as the voice of SBM, influencing future operational models to elevate customer engagement and deliver exceptional experiences worldwide.
Your responsibilities also include fostering strong partnerships with OSO global teams, prioritizing SBM brand objectives, and steering strategic initiatives that shape the future of global brand marketing.

Key Activities for this role: Accountable for successfully interfacing and integrating within designated SBM brand teams, ensuring robust advisory support is provided to optimize customer engagement and experience.
Responsible for embracing digital transformation as a subject matter expert, adding value by coaching, upskilling, and advising global teams on practical strategies to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Represent business needs, use cases, challenges, and feedback to support the ongoing evolution of omnichannel transformation ambitions and agendas.
Guide teams through new processes, tools, and platforms, ensuring the adoption of optimized operational models and evolving ways of working.
Understand the strategic needs of the broader global commercial business and partner with Online-to-Store-to-Online (OSO) peer leaders to foster collaboration and drive solution-focused ideation.
Proactively identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements, cost efficiencies, and other enhancements within OSO.
Significant expertise in content strategy, operations, and brand marketing, ideally encompassing digital strategy, digital marketing, and multi-channel content delivery roles.
Awareness of emerging innovations in content strategy, including modular content approaches and other forward-looking developments in content and operations.
Proven people leadership skills with experience managing virtual teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and other key stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple project-based initiatives simultaneously, handling varying levels of complexity and maturity.
Educations/Qualifications: MS Degree or equivalent.
Additional Information: Type of role: full-time permanent.
Location: UK office (Addlestone).
This position follows our hybrid working model.
The role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1 day per month in our UK office.
Flexibility may be required in line with business needs.
Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
