Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Omnichannel Consultant to support our integrated medical communications team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive omnichannel strategies to support Medical Affairs strategic objectives across the product lifecycle, with an emphasis on pre-launch but spanning through to post-launch and product maturity.
With a focus on Global and US markets, this role requires a deep understanding of Medical Affairs, strategic communications, and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Communications Develop and implement omnichannel communication strategies in support of Medical Affairs programs, from pre-launch to in-market product lifecycle stages, utilizing a range of strategic planning tools and methodologies (e.g.
behaviour-based segmentation, persona development, customer journey mapping) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and integration of messaging across multiple channels, tailored to the educational needs, clinical behaviours, and communication preferences of audiences.
Support/lead the pitching process for new business opportunities, showcasing the value of omnichannel approaches across a range of pre- and post-launch client scenarios.
Big Data: Utilize big data and analytics to inform and optimize omnichannel strategies, including audience segmentation and adoption ladder mapping.
Monitor and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in Medical omnichannel activities.
Program Optimization and Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of omnichannel programs.
Provide ongoing optimization recommendations based on performance data.
Produce reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients, quantifying the impact of omnichannel programs at multiple levels (from content engagement through to changes in clinical behaviours).
Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients on omnichannel projects.
Present strategic recommendations and campaign results to clients.
Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Medical Communications, Evidence & Market Access, Creative, and technical teams in Prime to ensure seamless execution of omnichannel strategies.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across departments.
Mentor and guide junior team members in omnichannel communication best practices.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in omnichannel marketing within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Experience working on US domestic and Global programs preferred Strong understanding of medical communications and regulatory requirements, particularly within the US market.
Proven experience in big data strategy and analytics, in particular being able to link scientific objectives and behaviour change.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and marketing automation platforms.
Preferred Skills: Experience with CRM systems and customer journey mapping.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Salesforce.
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
A high-level understanding of how innovative technologies can be used to design and execute omnichannel communication programs (e.g.
