PCB Assembler Somerset Permanent £25,000 - £27,000 PCB Assembler required by well established manufacturing company, based in Somerset .
The successful candidate will be responsible for building PCBs and wiring of sub assemblies to customer specifications and requirements.
Main Duties – PCB Assembler Assembly of PCBs.
Working from drawings and specifications.
Preparing kit for production.
Through hole soldering of components.
Assembling and wiring of sub assemblies.
Fitting of electrical components.
Crimping and wiring.
Inspection of fine detailed work, using magnifiers.
Carrying out rework and repair when required.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Previous experience within a similar role.
IPC trained or equivalent.
Able to interpret mechanical and wiring diagrams.
Able to work on own initiative.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
