Om Principal Solicitor (Litigation)

We are keen to recruit a high calibre, Experienced Solicitor or Barrister (or equivalent) to lead and manage the Council's Litigation team, to be a member of and contribute to the Directorate Management Team and be the employment law lead for the Council.
The post will include giving advice, preparation of applications for Court and will include advocacy.
The successful applicant must have experience of local government law and employment work, and the ability to motivate and manage staff and develop work systems and processes with the team.

Bydd y swydd yn cynnwys rhoi cyngor, paratoi ceisiadau i'r Llys a bydd yn cynnwys eiriolaeth.
