Role: Registered Manager - Children's Home Location: Sutton Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 Bonus: Monthly bonuses Leader Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a children's home in South London .

Key Responsibilities: Hold responsibility for the home and ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations.
Manage the day-to-day operations, including audits, Reg 44 visits, and care planning.
Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and service.
Maintain a safe, supportive, and high-quality living environment for children.
Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance, ensuring alignment with care standards.
Build effective relationships with multi-agency professionals and referrers.
Ensure adherence to relevant legislation and promote a person-centred approach in all aspects of care.
Requirements: Qualifications: Minimum Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care and Level 5 Leadership and Management (Children and Young People).
Experience: Minimum 4 years as a Registered Manager in children's services.
Proven track record of managing Ofsted-registered homes with 'Good' or 'Outstanding' ratings.
Strong understanding of care standards, child protection, and experience with EBD.
Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Competency in care planning, risk assessments, and health and safety compliance.
Ability to work collaboratively with professionals and deliver a child-focused service.
