Working alongside the Neighbourhood Officer, you will assist in managing our neighbourhoods, maintaining positive relationships with customers and delivering a high-quality housing service.

Assisting in the delivery of an excellent service that demonstrates HHA's values, of local, approachable and customer focused to make a real difference to customer's lives including ensuring our neighbourhoods and properties are well presented and maintained.
To work with the Neighbourhood Officer to ensure the services the Association delivers are in line with policies and procedures and are customer focussed, and responsive to local needs.
Support the Neighbourhood Officer to improve the communities where our customers live.
To assist in the establishment, development, and maintenance of effective partnerships with stakeholders, such as police, the local authority, and customers, having a professional approach at all times.

The Person An understanding of housing management issues (general needs, leaseholds and shared ownership).
Up to date knowledge of relevant legislation and current issues within the housing sector.
Willing to study and qualify for a professional qualification in housing.
Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel competently and has an aptitude to learn new computer systems.
Willingness to work outside usual office hours as and when necessary.
Has a Full driving licence and access to a car insured for business purposes.
Willing to travel throughout the Harrogate district for work purposes.
