Office/Reception Assistant - 4 Days Per Week!

ARE YOU AN EXCEPTIONAL RECEPTION/FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATOR LOOKING FOR AN ONGOING PART TIME ROLE IN MARLOW?
The job purpose of this position is to provide administrative duties to ensure the office runs smoothly, manage daily activities and to be the first point of contact for all visitors.
The Office Assistant is, above all, an organised and competent professional with great organisational and communication skills, comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organisation.
* Ensure maximum efficiency of the workplace through effective organization and task management * To be the first point of contact for visitors (external and internal) and usher them to given contact person or meeting room, to create a welcoming environment * Coordinate larger meetings for internal and external visitors, including meeting room set up, catering if needed, transport arrangements etc.
* Oversee and monitor meeting rooms and showrooms - check bookings, assist with rearranging bookings, ensure rooms are set up correctly, clean and orderly, correct furniture in each meeting room, whiteboards/flipcharts clean and all equipment is working properly * Assist in organization of office and corporate events and assist with ideas and the arrangements of fun initiatives in the office * Keep office noticeboards relevant and up-to-date * Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail/packages * Regularly monitor office and kitchen supplies and place orders when needed * Raise POs and payment forms for office-related payments * Carry out daily spot checks around office, manage regular upkeep and make sure all deficiencies Skills & Experience: Good knowledge of MS Office * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task * Reliable, with patience and professional attitude * Pro-active * Attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure * Ability to work well without supervision * Working knowledge of office equipment * Highly motivated; Excellent time management skills; Fast learner; Problem-solver * Fluent in English written and spoken is a must APPLY NOW!
