Office Manager & PA - Independent Creative Agency30-35KCentral LondonA well-established and exciting, independent creative agency is in search of a fantastic Office Manager & PA to join their dynamic team!
Based in Central London, this role will be integral to the smooth running of the beautiful office space while maintaining an inclusive and high-performing culture.
You'll work closely with leadership to ensure operations run seamlessly, help embed new team members, manage resources, and lead events that define our culture.Day to day:Office Operations & Maintenance: Ensure the office runs smoothly day-to-day, overseeing maintenance, supplies, and managing office support staff.Supplier Management & Budgeting: Manage procurement of suppliers and services, making sure everything is efficient and cost-effective, while maintaining office budgets.IT Coordination: Collaborate with IT partners to ensure seamless tech operations, handle office setups, and provide training to ensure smooth digital workflows.Facilities Management: Oversee office environment, security, health and safety, and manage any renovation or decor projects.Executive Support: Provide basic support for senior leadership, including diary management, travel coordination, meetings, and general PA duties.Event Leadership: Take charge of organising internal and external events that showcase and celebrate the culture.Team Support: Offer general support to the team when needed – your positive, proactive attitude will make you a key resource for all.The ideal person will have:Previous experience in an Office Manager role (experience in a creative or agency environment preferred)A bubbly, social personality with the ability to bring the team togetherA proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and solve problemsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong tech skills and a good understanding of office technologyExceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectivelyA positive, can-do attitude and a belief that nothing is impossibleThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving, fast-paced and creative team where you can make a valuable contribution and be part of a brilliant team!
