The primary role of the Internal Sales Manager is to lead and manage the internal sales team, with a focus on growth and development along with the management of the existing customer base.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:00am – 4:15pm and Friday 08:00am – 1:15pm.
Your new roleAs Office Manager the role needs an experienced candidate who can be on proactivity regarding managing data, analysing trends, managing the sales team and office, whilst keeping a focus on a specifically assigned customer base.
Understanding and leading the team to encourage making outbound sales calls to all prospects, drop offs, lapsed customers and supporting the progression of any new customers to generate revenue, develop business and secure margin.
Overall to help the business to progress and make improvement changes where possible to reduce time and save money.
What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in securing this position, you will need strong organisation skills; Act as a main point of contact, Pro-actively grow customer and sales forecast targets.
Previous proven experience working in a busy customer service and sales office environment is required, along with excellent all-round IT skills – highly proficient with all modules of MS Office (e.g.
strong data analysis and manipulation in Excel) – previous working knowledge and understanding of customer CRM processes.Strong communication skills – both inter-personal and written and customer focused individual with a strong team working ethic.
