We're seeking an Office Manager to join our team and take charge of ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all administrative tasks to support showroom operations.
Manage client appointments, showroom schedules, and sta3 coordination.
Maintain accurate inventory records and order supplies as needed.
Process customer orders, invoices, and payments with precision.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Support marketing initiatives, including updating social media or assisting with showroom events.
Ensure the showroom is presentable, well-organized, and fully stocked at all times.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in retail or design-focused industries.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
A passion for design, interiors, or luxury products is a plus.
