About the Job: This is a hybrid role, you will be office based on Tuesday to Thursday.
Monday and Friday is usually WFH but from time to time you would need to come in on Monday or Friday if any deliveries or other activity require you to be in office.
This role is based in Clerkenwell/Barbican, paying £26K and over based on experience.
As an Office Manager our duties would include, Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments.
Follow up on phone calls and contacts as appropriate.
Answer general emails and postal correspondence with customers and suppliers.
Book meetings.
Create budgets and orders office supplies.
Manage and audit cleaning provider and ensure office tidiness.
File and archives accurate records.
Contact suppliers.
Manage health and safety as well as fire regulations within the office.
Manage office subscriptions to magazines and online resources.
Monitor training material and confirm that it is all up to date.
Assist with new customer accounts and contracts.
Arrange travel and accommodation plans for executives when required.
Manage the customer complaint procedure.
Organise and audit the company's systems, databases, and procedures.
Provide administrative support for the director as needed.
Process customer orders and distribution of samples to new business.
Support with Supply Chain admin and logistics for Ecommerce.
Opportunity to support all other business areas within the sphere of their competence.
