ABOUT US The Ingenuity Group connects the marketing world - we connect agencies with brands, brands with agencies, and brands with brands.
Made up of a dynamic group of businesses, each with their own identity but with a lot in common, we have been through a period of substantial growth; we now employ 200 people across our offices in London, Manchester, Leeds and Glasgow.
Our office in Central London (Euston Square, to be precise) is home to five of our businesses (Ingenuity, Future Factory, Reg & Co, MAD//Fest and Ingenuity+) and around 120 of our people, and we're looking for someone to help us make it the best environment for our people to work, meet and play as possible!
We want you to take ownership of the office and make it run efficiently and be a great environment to work in, as well as a welcoming place for our guests to visit.
ABOUT YOU We're looking for someone who's great with people, with a positive and energetic approach – no task is too big or too small for you!
Being well-organised and adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced office environment is a must.
We need someone who has a passion for finding problems and solving them before they become serious issues.
You'll be our organisational glue; you'll build strong relationships with all of our team and will develop a knack for working out who needs what, when they'll need and how to make things happen.
You'll work directly with our Senior Leadership Team, which means you'll need the confidence to hold your own with senior people and be proactive in supporting them.
You'll be exposed to confidential and sensitive information, which means we need you to be reliable and discreet.
Previous experience of working in an office environment as an office manager would be a huge benefit.
Previous work within an agency or brand, or in a co-ordination role in the marketing industry would be an additional benefit but isn't necessary.
THE ROLE: FINER DETAILS This is an office-based role in central London.
The day-to-day role will include: Office Efficiency (helping our office run effectively and making it a good environment for our lovely team, ordering supplies, managing contractors, and ensuring facilities are all working well) Supporting our Senior Leadership Team (diary management, collating expenses, making travel arrangements, and ad hoc requests) Managing our Internal Communication, making sure that the right information about what's going on across our business is shared in the best possible way Welcoming our clients and visitors and making a great first impression for the company Supporting the wider team with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and ad hoc requests Assisting with admin for HR and other company matters Helping to organise company-wide social events and managing our calendar of industry events Coming up with new ideas and initiatives that makes our workspace a better place, and bringing those ideas to life (even when not everyone agrees with you!)
Specific training will be provided where necessary.
You'll learn a lot very quickly and develop some brilliant skills and insight into the exciting world of brands and agencies.
