The successful candidate will support the ongoing expansion of the London office.
This role requires five days in the office.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise two receptionists, manage meeting rooms, and enhance visitor experience.
Oversee health and safety protocols.
Serve as the primary contact for all building and office-related issues.
Maintain and manage relationships with office suppliers.
Oversee a portion of the office budget.
Actively engage in staff engagement and organize events for the London team.
Lead the onboarding process for new employees.
Coordinate basic administrative tasks with HR and payroll.
Provide ad-hoc support for global projects, such as the annual offsite event.
Required Skills & Experience: Some prior experience in administration.
Efficiently manage and organize basic data.
Proficiency in basic Excel.
Strong numerical skills for budgeting and analyzing office costs.
Digital literacy, comfortable with VC systems and basic technology.
