The Role This full-time Office Excellence & Contract Support position is based on-site in Slough and offers a unique opportunity to become the backbone of our office and contract operations.
You'll wear many hats, handling office administration, supporting contracts, and ensuring everything flows smoothly.

Your Responsibilities: Office Operations Guru : Manage daily office activities, from coordinating vendors to overseeing stock, supplies, and deliveries.
Contract Management Whiz : Ensure contracts comply with requirements, track progress, and handle documentation with precision.
Administrative Powerhouse : Prepare invoices, purchase orders (POs), and reports while managing schedules and maintaining accurate records.
Team Supporter : Assist senior management, liaise with subcontractors, and organize meetings, events, and staff training.
Detail-Oriented Organizer : Proofread documents, take inventory, manage diaries, and ensure compliance with internal standards.
Collaboration Expert : Work closely with security, facilities, and data center teams to address needs and implement solutions.
