About the Role: As a hands-on Office Administrator, you will act as the Second-in-Command (2IC) within a tight-knit administrative team of five.
This role combines operational support with opportunities to influence a high-performing team in a dynamic environment.
Requirements Key Responsibilities: Manage diaries, book meetings, and arrange travel for team members.
Coordinate and support event planning, ensuring smooth execution.
Act as a communication point for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain administrative policies and ensure operational efficiency.
About You: Experience in administrative roles such as Administrative or Executive Assistant.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong organisational skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented individual with a collaborative mindset.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Benefits What does this role offer you?
