We have an exciting opportunity for a new office administrator to join us in Cambridge in a great collaborative but driven culture.Having recently delivered some of the nations most significant infrastructure projects, we have been instructed on further business.
This role is crucial to support and enable the operations team through effective administration and organisation of our Cambridge facility.Our environment is like none other with the ambition, collaboration and innovation running through our people.
You will be the key point of contact for all things Office and administration for Cambridge.Role overviewAs the Administrator you are responsible for general administration tasks within the office environment.
You will play a primary role in ensuring that all office administrative functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within the office and wider company.Key Responsibilities:Organising meetings and managing calendarsBooking transport and accommodationOrganising company events and conferencesKeep stock of office supplies and IT equipment and place orders when necessaryManage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.
