Fire & Security Role: Are you an Office Administrator supporting project teams in the Fire and Security industry?
Paying up to £30k About the role: We have a brand-new opportunity to join the leading fire integrator in the North West as an Office Administrator, working within and supporting our Project Management Teams with their day-to-day admin tasks.
Some of your tasks will involve: Organising documents within the electronic project folders Carrying out internal audits to ensure the correct QA & H&S documents have been completed by the project managers Sending out order acknowledgements to clients Assisting the section managers with complying invoice lists Assisting HESQ manager with forming new documents This is a Monday – Friday role Head Office, Rawtenstall.
