Office Administrator - Full-time - Handsworth Your new company You will join a dynamic and fast-paced office located in Handsworth, that are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Office Administrator to join their team.
This is a temporary full-time position, with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance.
Your new role The role of an Office Administrator is to manage administrative tasks within an organisation.
They handle responsibilities such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, assisting with bookkeeping, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Office Administrators are essential for efficient workflow and effective communication in a busy office environment.
Key Duties Handle day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Input data accurately into spreadsheets and databases.
Maintain records, files, and documentation.
Assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
Provide excellent customer service for clients and visitors.
Process invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and events Keep the office tidy and organised.
Ensure efficient filing systems.
In order to succeed: Previous experience as an administrator is essential.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
