McKeown Fine Foods is a Family owned and managed Food Processing Company supplying the Wholesale and Retail Sectors.
We currently have a vacancy for an: - OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR Excellent opportunity for an Experienced Office Administrator We require an experienced administrator to join our administration team on a permanent basis.
The purpose of the role is to maintain the efficient running of the workplace and the completion of all tasks on a timely basis.
The role is varied and will involve the following: Sales Ledger including Customer Order Processing Purchase Ledger including Purchase Order Processing Payroll using Sage Management Accounts VAT Quality Control Records Product Labelling General Administration Duties The ideal candidate must have: Minimum 3 years experience Excellent communication skills Excellent IT skills An ability to learn quickly and adapt to different situations The ability to work in a team and on their own when required An eye for detail Salary: £31,200 Please send your detailed CV to Closing Date: Friday 24th January 2025 McKeown Fine Foods is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
