Office Administrator (6 Months Contract)

Location: Dr. Reddy's (UK) Ltd, Cambridge (UK) Main tasks: General duties for all site functions: Visitor management – manage the front desk, greeting visitors, managing the visitors book, issusing visitor badges and coordinating with local contact Maintain contractors / deliveries and direct accordingly including permit to work issuing Answer main telephone and directing calls Maintain both incoming and outgoing mail.
Distribute incoming external post and ensure franking machine has credit.
Be responsible for making sure the daily outgoing post is franked and collected.
