Location: Dr. Reddy's (UK) Ltd, Cambridge (UK) Main tasks : General duties for all site functions: Visitor management – manage the front desk, greeting visitors, managing the visitors book, issusing visitor badges and coordinating with local contact Maintain contractors / deliveries and direct accordingly including permit to work issuing Answer main telephone and directing calls Maintain both incoming and outgoing mail.
Distribute incoming external post and ensure franking machine has credit.
Be responsible for making sure the daily outgoing post is franked and collected.
Organise booking of couriers Organise booking of taxis when required Maintain stationery supplies and ordering system Organise lunches / refreshments and book outside catering as and when required Book travel and stay for all employees as required Support in Visa application process / documentation (arranging visa invites etc.)
in consultation with HR and external service providers.
Arrange accommodation and transportation for visitors to Cambridge Assist Operations Manager in Operations / Facilities administration Administrative suport for other entities Maintain the SAP system for purchase order requests, including raising PO's, non-PO invoices, booking in goods receipt or QA testing services, dealing with queries, submitting invoices to Finance, assisting with invoice queries through to liaison with suppliers and Dr Reddy's India Office.
Admin support for employees as and when required Including support for home based employees, to include PAT testing, IT equipment and any furniture, stationery, ink cartridge replacements Manage mobile phone handsets and sim cards keeping IT tracker updated for audit purposes Distribute as appropriate external post received at Cambridge to home based employees Requirements: Experience with SAP would be an asset Administrative Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Technical Proficiency Customer Service Orientation Multitasking Ability Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in tasks like franking mail, booking couriers, and maintaining office supplies.
