Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Administration Intern. In an international and diverse work environment, you will gain a variety of valuable skills and knowledge such as organization, time management, communication, administrative and problem-solving skills.

Assist with daily office operations and invoice.
Help manage office supplies and place orders when needed.
Greet and assist visitors in the office.
Assist with managing incoming and outgoing mail.
Support in organizing company events and meetings.
Provide general administrative support to the office team.

Qualifications

Studying Office Management or a related field.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills.
Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented and able to manage time well.
The duration of the internship is 6 months with a minimum of 4 days per week (on-site) and enrollment in the university/school for the entire duration of the internship.
