You will be responsible for managing the importation of clients' products from various industries across the world via sea and ocean.

Handling day-to-day Import ocean freight operations and customs processes Building and maintaining client relations for continued business Coordinating final mile delivery requirements with third-party suppliers and in-house team Providing general customs advice and creating customs and import ocean documents.
Requirements Experience working in Sea freight - Imports start to finish.
2-3 years' experience working in a similar position working for a freight forwarder- Essential Knowledge of customs would be a bonus.
Understanding of AEO procedures, Bills of Lading, Inco Terms, and general customs compliance Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Customer service experience
