Ocean Export Operator

Right Now Group are working with an International Freight Forwarder based at BHX, who are looking to expand their Ocean division by bringing aboard a new Ocean Export Operator.
The ideal candidate will have had experience working within a busy Ocean Department for a Freight Forwarder.
Experience within Exports is essential.
Responsibilities of an Ocean Export Operator: Build and Develop relationships to ensure a high level of customer service Ensure all Freight is moved and delivered on time with necessary documentation completed Arrange Haulage with shipping lines and hauliers Ensure queries and requests are resolved and actioned efficiently and quickly Communication with Overseas agents, customers and suppliers in a clear precise manner Requirements/Skills of an Ocean Export Operator Operation and Industry knowledge of Ocean Freight An understanding of Export processes Good attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment Location: Birmingham Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 Shift: Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5pm All Relevant Candidates Will be Contacted within 48Hours!
