Occupational Therapy Specialist

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapy Specialist to join our multi-disciplinary team.
The successful candidate will have a rounded and integrated approach to care and clinical services, with a strong focus on implementing holistic, therapeutic interventions.
Job Description The Occupational Therapy Specialist will work closely with our vulnerable adults, providing standardised and non-standardised assessments, bespoke interventions, and preparing relevant documentation.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners.
Key Responsibilities: Implementing occupational therapy interventions to support individuals with complex needs Conducting assessments and developing individualised plans Providing training and information to staff, commissioners, and other agencies In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £53,200 per annum (pro rata), a £2000 training allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package including life assurance, pension scheme, and access to mental health support services.
