Main duties of the job To analyse, develop, interpret and present performance information to a high standard, and support the Adult Mental Health service in promoting the use and understanding of information provided.To monitor performance against Adult Mental Health Trust targets and give appropriate feedback.To support the management with targets across the teams.Responsibility for developing systems to manage team performance to agreed Trust targets.To be highly skilled and experienced in the full range of secretarial work practices, software programs, and specialised functional terms.To be proficient and expert in EPR and performance support systems.
Advising and guiding others in team in data systems and EPR.
Supporting all users and instructing them as necessary.
To use proficient internet skills to access, search and retrieve data relevant to team.To supervise other admin staff
