Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Specialist / Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team in Waterloo Lodge School, Chorley and Oakfield House School, Preston.
About the Role Work 4 days a week with full pay, enjoying a better work-life balance Full-time contract option available (dependent on preference) Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have: Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification and HCPC registration Sensory Integration training (minimum level 3) and experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams Experience working with adults and/or children who have intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs Ability to work collaboratively with key partners and resolve conflicts effectively Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting What We Offer As a member of our team, you'll enjoy: A permanent term-time only contract (41 weeks), with potential for a full-time contract Up to £53,200 salary (pro rata, dependent on experience) Opportunities for career development and progression A friendly and inclusive working environment where your skills are valued Benefits designed to support you both in your work and personal life About Us Outcomes First Group is an ambitious and driven service committed to delivering exceptional care and support.
