West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust are seeking a skilled Band6 Occupational Therapist to join their team through NHSP.

Main duties of the job As an Occupational Therapist, you will manage a complex caseload, conducting specialised assessments and designing personalised treatment programs to support safe discharges and prevent hospital admissions.
You will work autonomously, as well as collaboratively, within a multidisciplinary team, playing a key role in patient care and recovery.Key Responsibilities: Perform advanced occupational therapy assessments and interventions for patients with complex physical and psychological needs.
Lead on individual patient care plans, providing expert advice to healthcare professionals, patients, and carers.
Supervise and support junior therapists, students, and therapy assistants.
Contribute to research and audit projects to enhance clinical practice and service delivery.
