What You'll Do Deliver Tailored Care : Conduct thorough assessments and create customized treatment plans to help patients achieve their personal goals and improve daily functioning.

Collaborative Working : Partner with a variety of healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care and ensure seamless support across all aspects of patients' rehabilitation.
Resource Management : Ensure that the necessary equipment and resources are available and well-maintained to provide the best care possible.
Accurate Record Keeping : Maintain clear and professional documentation in line with industry standards to support effective care planning and service delivery.
Contribute to Team Culture : Share your expertise, help foster a positive working environment, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the service.
About You To succeed in this role, you'll bring: Qualifications : A Diploma or BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy, with registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) .
Clinical Expertise : Strong skills in OT assessments and interventions, with the ability to make clinical decisions based on sound reasoning.
Self-Motivation & Independence : Confident in managing your own workload, prioritizing tasks, and taking responsibility for patient care.
Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong, trusting relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
Tech-Savviness : Comfortable using IT systems and aware of relevant legislation and standards within healthcare.
Bonus : Experience in neurological rehabilitation or brain injury care would be highly desirable.
