About You: Essential Requirements Qualifications : Degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registered.
Skills & Knowledge : Strong foundation in OT assessments, care planning, and interventions; familiarity with key OT models and outcome measures.
Professional Standards : Awareness of clinical governance, risk, and health and safety regulations.
Educator Training : Interest in developing as a practice placement educator.
Professional Memberships : RCOT and Specialist Section Neurological Practice (SSNP) membership.

About The Role: Clinical Practice Conduct thorough assessments using evidence-based techniques, both standardized and non-standardized, tailored to each service user's unique needs.
Formulate, implement, and review individualized rehabilitation plans, targeting personal goals for each individual's functional recovery.
Delegate tasks to support staff, ensuring treatment programs are carried out effectively and adapted based on ongoing evaluation.
Regularly perform risk assessments, updating and communicating findings to ensure safe, high-quality care.
Leadership & Development Manage your own caseload, prioritizing care based on complexity and clinical needs, while receiving guidance from a senior OT.
Contribute to clinical governance initiatives and quality improvements across the organization.
Actively represent the occupational therapy profession and collaborate with other healthcare partners to drive excellence in service delivery.
