Occupational Therapist - Dynamic Care Specialist

About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Outcomes First Group.
As a Dynamic Care Specialist , you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to vulnerable adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work collaboratively with our experienced team of therapists, psychologists, and support staff to create a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters growth and development.
Your expertise as an Occupational Therapist will be essential in implementing tailored interventions, assessments, and reports to meet the unique needs of our service users.
You will also provide training and support to colleagues on sensory integration techniques and best practices in occupational therapy.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, service users, and families.
A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required for this role.
