You will recommend and facilitate the provision of equipment and adaptations, offering advice and information to service users and their families.
Collaborating with agencies such as Housing, NHS, and voluntary organizations to achieve optimal outcomes is essential.
You will ensure that adaptations meet the assessed needs and provide the necessary equipment.

Experience in paediatric occupational therapy is essential, along with strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial, as is the capability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team (MDT).
You will also need a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle, as well as a willingness to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
