You will recommend and facilitate the provision of equipment and adaptations, offering advice and information to service users and their families.
Collaborating with agencies such as Housing, NHS, and voluntary organizations to achieve optimal outcomes is essential.
You will ensure that adaptations meet the assessed needs and provide the necessary equipment.

Experience in adult occupational therapy, particularly in community settings, is essential, along with expertise in assessing for equipment and adaptations.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills are crucial, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT).
