Occupational Therapist And Therapy Lead

We are seeking a Lead Clinician & Occupational Therapist to work with developing independence skills, travel, healthy relationships, interception & life skills.
The role involves holding a therapy caseload, contributing to staff training, and delivering the wellbeing and clinical rainbow strategy.
Key responsibilities include delivering therapy services, providing supervision, and supporting a therapy team.
The successful candidate will have a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or be a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
Essential qualifications include a full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

The successful candidate will work with a network of clinical colleagues and contribute to the integration of the service in the day-to-day running of each provision.
The role is permanent, 41 weeks, with the possibility of a full-time contract (52 weeks) if preferred.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the integration of the specific service in the day-to-day running of each provision, including delivering the wellbeing and clinical rainbow strategy at a universal, enhanced and specialist level to support our wider teams in meeting our pupils' needs in line with set Education, Health Plan (EHCP).
