We are offering an incentive premium of £3,500, paid in instalments over 18 months.
Please note, this scheme is not available to current Oxford Health employees and is subject to a claw back clause.
The Chiltern CMHT Adult Mental Health Team, based at either Saffron House, High Wycombe or Amersham Health Centre are committed to providing exceptional care and treatment to adults facing mental health challenges.
Your work will be supported by a skilled leadership team from various fields, providing guidance and facilitating forums for Nursing and Occupational Therapists.
Main duties of the job In this role, you will be part of a close-knit team working together to deliver exceptional care to our patients.We are looking for someone who works well in a team, but also has the ability to work independently using their own initiative.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of mental health and the impact this can have on a person's wellbeing.You will need to be organised, flexible and committed to delivering the highest possible care to our client group.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as good lT skills, are essential.
Ideally, you will have experience working in adult mental health services and understand the challenges that working with this client group brings.

There is excellent team-working, supportive colleagues and a friendly working environment.We would encourage you to give us a call to discuss the role and we very much welcome visits from interested applicants Person Specification Knowledge Essential BSc/MSc/PG Dip Occupational Therapy HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist (OT) Desirable Experience of working in Mental Health Skills Essential Appropriate experience, usually a minimum of two years post qualification experience.
Experience of working with the mental health service users in a variety of settings Experience of working collaboratively with carers to meet both the needs of the carer and the user.
Desirable Community work with people with mental health needs.
Experience of supervising student placements.
other Essential Able to travel to undertake work and have the capacity to carry equipment relative to your post.
