Occupational Health Business Partner - North Multi-site role across the North of England Why Greencore?

What you'll be doing Lead and manage the effective and consistent implementation of all relevant Occupational Health (OH) standards to support the overall wellbeing agenda Drives performance of OH contracts throughout Logistics, ensuring key performance indicators and service level agreements are complied with.
Regular reviews with supplier(s) to maintain quality and service provision Ensure all tendering and retendering processes are complete within set timescales to ensure a seamless transition between contractors if applicable Conduct new starter screening for all colleagues to ensure compliance with statutory and company standards Ensures health surveillance is undertaken on all colleagues in accordance with the risk assessment legislation Compile and record occupational health statistical data to deliver statutory reporting requirements, using the information to inform contract performance as a minimum Respond to sickness absence referrals and provide guidance to the business with regards to rehabilitation programmes, work adaptation or redeployment so that appropriate action can be taken Ensure the safekeeping of all confidential medical records in accordance with the business and NMC guidelines to ensure auditable information is in place Provide advice on individual health issues and promote health education within the workplace to maximise colleague understanding What we're looking for Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health (essential) Registered with Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) successfully revalidated every three years Knowledge of health promotion and health and safety at work Good communication skills, written and verbal Experienced with managing emergency situations, remaining calm and responding logically Confident to make decisions and use own initiative Experienced translating health and safety instructions and demonstrates assertiveness ensuring they are followed Maintains confidentiality Experienced in time management with good organisational skills Contract Management (New, transition and end of contract) These may be trained or developed.
