O&M Performance Manager

Oversee and improve the performance of Energy from Waste Power Stations across the UK.

What you'll be doing: Advising O&M teams on operational plants and supporting new site mobilisations.
Driving plant performance, reliability, and strategic maintenance improvements.
Supporting CMMS systems, plant monitoring, and outage planning for continuous improvement.
Building strong relationships with O&M teams through regular site visits and meetings.
Ensuring warranty period performance issues are effectively addressed.
What we want from you: Degree/HND/HNC in Engineering (preferred) and a full UK driving licence.
Senior management experience in Power Station O&M (ideally EfW).
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial skills.
Health and Safety qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH) are advantageous.
