About the Role As a Nurture Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide personalised support to children with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Assist in delivering the nurture curriculum, focusing on building confidence, resilience, and vital social skills.
Collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individualised learning plans.
Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Lead small group or one-to-one sessions, addressing specific learning and emotional needs.
Promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and well-being through tailored interventions.
About You We are looking for someone who: Has a genuine passion for supporting both the emotional and academic development of children with ALN.
Demonstrates patience, empathy, and positivity, with the ability to connect with children on a personal level.
Works collaboratively within a team and can also take initiative when required.
Any experience working with children is highly valued, but not essential.
