A specialist rehabilitation service in the Basingstoke area currently have an excellent opportunity for a Home Manager with extensive experience within Neuro Care to join their team.

This service supports younger adults who have had brain injuries, strokes and spinal injuries, or who live with disabilities such as MS.
About the Registered Neurocare & Rehabilitation Manager role and what the home is offering:

A permanent full-time contract An excellent annual salary circa £75,000, including bonus up to £112,000 per annum Comprehensive induction, with ongoing training and career development opportunities As the Registered Neurocare & Rehabilitation Manager, you will review, evolve and improve all of the care home services through seeking and reflecting on feedbacks coupled with implementation and close monitoring of robust quality assurance systems.

What we're looking for in a Registered Neurocare & Rehabilitation Manager:

NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN, Registered Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Registered Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD Minimum of two years' experience working as Registered Manager, preferably within a Neurological environment Good knowledge of clinical standards and policies with a sound understanding and experience of Neurological conditions and working within a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal, and time-management skills If you would like to apply now, please follow the link provided.
