Qualifications Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager , with a proven track record of achieving Good and Outstanding CQC ratings (essential).
Level 5 Health & Social Care (Leadership and Management) qualification or a commitment to work toward this.
NMC registration with a valid PIN (desirable).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills to lead and support a diverse team.
Business acumen with experience managing budgets and operational performance.
