As a Nursing Home Manager you will: Contribute to forming and heading a a team Keep profit and loss within budget Oversee daily operations and management of the home Package and Benefits: The Nursing Home Manager package includes: Annual salary of £85,000 which is negatable + Welcome Bonus and KPI Bonus 35 Days (including Bank holidays) Company Sick Pay Employer Pension Contributions The ideal Nursing Home Manager will have: Experience as a Home Manager in a senior management role.
Nurse Qualified is preferable Knowledge of CQC and Local Authority requirements.
Excellent management skills.
