Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities: Nurturing Relationships: Build strong, meaningful connections with each child, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and fully engaged in the nursery environment.
Inspiring Learning: Plan and deliver a rich, varied curriculum that reflects the individual needs and interests of each child.
Inclusive Practice: Differentiate and adapt activities to support the diverse needs of all children, including those with additional needs.
Enabling Environment: Create a safe, inviting classroom atmosphere that fosters inclusivity, ensuring each child feels valued and encouraged.
Key Childcare: Provide daily care for key children, promoting independence while prioritising well-being and development.
Transition Support: Support children and families through transitions between year groups.
Collaboration: Work closely with parents, colleagues, and other professionals (e.g., healthcare workers) to support each child's development journey.
Progress Tracking: Observe, monitor, and track progress, offering constructive feedback to parents and the Senior Leadership Team.
Safeguarding: Uphold safeguarding practices, adhere to school policies, and participate in regular safeguarding training.
Health and Safety: Maintain high standards of health and safety, conducting regular risk assessments to ensure a clean and hygienic nursery environment.
Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework Relevant experience working with children in an early years setting Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years teaching qualification How to Apply: If you are passionate, committed, and meet the criteria outlined above, we would love to hear from you.
