Role Overview: Due to high demand from our partnered nurseries, we are looking for skilled practitioners to provide support across a variety of Early Years settings.

Who We're Looking For: We are looking for compassionate and enthusiastic professionals who excel in engaging with young children and supporting their learning.

Qualifications Required: Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childhood Studies, Education, or childcare experience Key Skills and Experience: Planning and observing Early Years children to support their development and progress Proficiency with IT-based tools for recording progress (e.g., Tapestry) Experience in child development through observation and assessment Personal care skills suited to the needs of young children Desirable: experience in Speech and Language development, energetic approach to childcare, and excellent communication skills The Role: Working with our partnered nurseries across Scarborough, you will support small groups or work alongside a team in larger groups.
You'll be responsible for engaging children in activities that promote their development, monitoring their progress, and adjusting plans accordingly.
Strong behaviour management skills will be needed to maintain a positive, inclusive environment.
There may also be opportunities for 1:1 support with children who have special educational needs (SEN).
