Nursery Room Manager Cheam, Sutton (SM3) £28-30k salary (dependent on hours, experience, and qualifications) We are delighted to be working with a family-owned Nursery franchise to find a experienced Room Leaders to support and lead their team of staff on a daily basis in either their baby or toddler rooms, at a relatively new nursery venue based in Cheam that opened in March 2024.
They have ambitious plans to become an Ofsted Outstanding nursery and are looking for great people to help achieve this target through improving daily provision, creating a thriving environment for the children and families in your care, and growing their reputation in the region.
The owner and director of the group has had her own highly successful career in Early Years and Childcare and is excited to have motivated and dedicated individuals join her journey of creating an 'Outstanding' place to both work and learn.
