Special Starter Bonus offered for successful completion of 6 months probationary period of £1,500 Looking for a Nursery Room Leader/Third In Charge to work 5 days per week, 40 hours per week, all year round, room to be advised, working around shifts covering 730am until 6pm. The position will be based in the baby room, but open to anyone with babies/toddler/preschool experience.
Salary depending upon role, qualifications and experience starting salary of £24,500 pa , negotiable depending upon knowledge, experience and qualifications.
Located about 5 minutes from the local town centre, it has easy access to local bus routes and the train station. Commutable from Ascot, Windsor, and surrounding areas.
Benefits include: 28 days holiday (including BH days); as well as shutdown at Christmas and 2 weeks over Easter No uniform required Central location ideal for public transport links Full time permanent position, all year round The Candidate for Nursery Room Leader/Third In Charge must have: NNEB or a full and relevant Early Education and Childcare qualification (e.g. NVQ/Diploma/BTEC) Level 3 or higher Room Leader experience in a Nursery/Early Years setting essential – flexible with any age group experience Solid knowledge of the EYFS, Safeguarding and Health and Safety Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Liaise with and develop good relationships with parents and staff The role responsibilities for the Nursery Room Leader/Third In Charge include: To provide high standards of quality childcare according to the EYFS framework and Ofsted regulations To create a safe and secure environment enabling all children in your care to flourish socially, physically and emotionally To build and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers and outside agencies To plan and implement a range of stimulating, educational and fun activities promoting learning through play Looking for a candidate who can lead a team and likes working as a team player Please send your current CV via email if you are interested in this position and/or ring 07728616616 and ask for Mandy.
