This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated childcare professional to lead a team in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the designated room.Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that support the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.Supervise and support a team of practitioners to ensure the highest standards of care and education.Build strong and positive relationships with children, parents, and carers, maintaining effective communication.Monitor and record children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met.Ensure the room complies with health, safety, and safeguarding standards at all times.
