Job Description Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Hourly Rate: Up to £12, depending on experience We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our client's team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for fostering the growth and development of young children and a genuine interest in creating a safe and fun environment to support their learning journey.
Qualifications Recognized Qualification : Possess Level 3 in Early Years or above, providing a robust foundation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills for supporting children's development.
Dedication and Expertise : Demonstrate a proven track record of dedication, expertise, and passion for early years education as a Nursery Practitioner.
In-depth Familiarity : Showcase in-depth familiarity with child development, early years education principles, and best practices, informed by the latest research and industry standards.
Exceptional Communication Skills : Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong, nurturing relationships with children, adults, and effectively engaging with parents and caregivers.
Collaborative Approach : Embrace a collaborative approach as a strong team player, contributing to a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
